Far Nile HR was founded with a vision to make HR accessible, equitable, and compliant for growing teams across Ontario. Bridging the gap between policy and people, Far Nile HR draws on over five years of experience in human resources, community engagement, and organizational leadership. The name ‘Far Nile’ symbolizes rootedness, integrity, and the strength that comes from flowing with purpose - values that guide every service we provide.

We believe that every business, no matter its size, deserves access to thoughtful, reliable, and human-centered HR support. We saw too many small organizations struggling to navigate complex employment regulations, manage people challenges, and build healthy workplace cultures without the guidance they needed.

Ayah Farhan
Founder & Lead Consultant
Ayah is a results-driven HR professional with over 5 years of experience in recruitment, project management, and community engagement.
Ayah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Human Resources Management at TMU. She is also a CHRP candidate with a passion for equitable and purpose-driven HR.
